• For more than 65 years Bonfils Blood Center has supported the community blood supply and has played an instrumental role in the lives of patients in need throughout Colorado and beyond.
• More than 1,100 businesses, civic groups and faith-based organization partnered with Bonfils to host more hosted nearly 3,000 blood drives in 2009.
• More than 80,000 blood donors made life-saving donations in 2009.
• Bonfils provides Colorado with 80 percent of its blood supply.
• Bonfils operates seven community donor centers with five in the Denver Metro area and as well as locations in Pueblo and Sterling.
• More than 400 employees help Bonfils achieve its vision of advancing healthcare and saving lives.
• Bonfils is one of only eight community blood centers in the nation contracted to supply blood to the U.S. Military when called upon.
