Drive for Life is the largest single-day community blood drive of the year in Colorado. Teaming up with the Denver Broncos for nearly 20 years, Bonfils Blood Center collects on this one day about one-third of the number of blood donations needed over the course of a week to meet the needs of patients in Colorado and beyond.
Blood donors have the chance to meet active Broncos players, cheerleaders, alumni and Miles the mascot all while enjoying food and entertainment on the club level at Sports Authority Field at Mile High. Held on a Tuesday during football season, the Broncos' day off, players volunteer their time to thank donors, and some even donate blood themselves.
Watch for an announcement of the 2017 Drive for Life date soon after the Broncos' regular season schedule is announced.
Thank you to our generous sponsors for their continued support of Drive for Life.
